- OPP Industry Awards and all of its intellectual property remains the sole right of OPP Media Ltd.
- By submitting an application all entrants agree to their work being published without reserve by OPP Media Ltd for publicity purposes. This will include the right to publish photographs, descriptions, and use of the company name and logos. Applicants are responsible for making appropriate arrangements to protect any intellectual property associated with their application.
- OPP Media Ltd is not obliged to publish the scores of the award entries.
- Applicants will have no communication (by telephone, e-mail or face to face meetings) with OPP Media Ltd employees or the judges for guidelines on how to enter awards.
- Guidance on entry criteria is detailed in the relevant category score sheets.
- Any applicant who in the opinion of the judges is viewed as harassing or bribing staff members of OPP Media Ltd or any of the judges for any reason will have their entry disqualified from the OPP Industry Awards.
- OPP Media Ltd reserves the right to withdraw an entry from the judging process at any time if the entry is deemed inappropriate for any reason. The chair and the judges’ decision are final.
- OPP Media Ltd reserves the right, after consultation with the entrants, to move submissions into their appropriate category.
- If it is found that any applicant has knowingly provided false information on their application for their entry, OPP Media Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any award at any time submitted by that organisation / company.
- Entry does not grant an organisation rights to use the OPP Awards name, logo, or images without the express written approval of OPP Media Ltd. Winners will be granted permission to use an awards logo for a limited period to promote their achievement.
- The award criteria are applicable to all companies in all countries actively participating in the overseas property industry with a possible score of 100 points. Scores will be based on the extent to which the entry meets the specified criteria and entries should include, or reference, any evidence to support claims (such as case studies, independent data, and testimonials).
- By applying for the awards you agree to the terms and conditions.
