£25,000 – OTE £70,000 uncapped plus car, laptop + mobile
We are a market-leading international property agent which continues to expand when others are failing. We are focussed on sourcing investment properties throughout the world and sell them to discerning UK investors. Our investments include land, second homes, hotels and lease-back projects in the Caribbean, Brazil, Romania, USA, Turkey, Greece and soon Egypt, Morocco and France. We are located in modern offices in Warwick.
Within the next six months we will also be starting our own developments in Antigua and Romania – these are exciting times for Axis!
We are looking for sales professionals with a demonstrable track record to join our Agents Managers team. Property experience is not required but would of course be advantageous. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will receive full training and support on our deals and the systems we use.
Your role will be to recruit, train and manage agents to encourage them to sell our property deals. You will be given full marketing support and you should expect to split your time 60/40 between being in the office and on the road.
You will also need to attend the various property exhibitions that we attend over the course of the year.
To hit or exceed your OTE you will need to be:
• Self-motivated and target-driven to make the calls needed to get to the sale
• Hungry to earn an above-average income and willing to put in the effort to achieve it
• Skilled at quickly building rapport with prospects on the phone
• Able to give an effective presentation on the phone
• Comfortable with meeting agents face-to-face and managing them to launch our deals and bring in the sales
• Able to demonstrate creative approaches to close business
• IT literate
The property market is a fast-moving industry and our success has been built on superb marketing, effective selling, and close attention to customer service. There are currently 16 people in the company and we expect to reach 22 by the end of the year.
Salary range £25,000 – OTE £70,000 uncapped plus car, laptop + mobile
